# Orylo Public Beta Terms

**Effective date:** August 25, 2026

These terms govern access to the Orylo public beta operated by Pranay Warke in California, United
States ("Orylo," "we," or "us"). By creating a workspace, you agree to these terms for yourself and,
if applicable, the organization you are authorized to represent. If you do not agree, do not connect
a repository or provide a model-provider key.

## 1. The beta service

Orylo connects to repositories that you select in GitHub, prepares repository-specific review
context and Self-Learning Specialists, and may use a model-provider account that you supply to review
pull requests and publish a decision in GitHub. The beta is experimental, may change, and may contain
errors or interruptions. Features described as planned or unavailable are not part of the service.

## 2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old. You represent that you are authorized to create the workspace,
install the GitHub App, select repositories, provide the model-provider credential, and submit all
connected content for processing. Do not connect content that you are prohibited from sending to
Orylo, GitHub, Amazon Web Services, or your selected model provider.

## 3. Your accounts, costs, and responsibilities

The beta does not include model usage. You provide a dedicated OpenAI project key, remain responsible
for the provider account and its charges, quotas, security, and terms, and may rotate or disable the
key at any time. GitHub and OpenAI are separate services governed by their own terms. You are
responsible for reviewing Orylo's findings and deciding whether to merge, deploy, or otherwise use
code. Orylo does not guarantee that a review finds every defect, vulnerability, compliance issue, or
operational risk.

You will use the beta lawfully and only with systems and content you are authorized to access. You
will not attempt to cross tenant boundaries, extract another customer's data, bypass limits, disrupt
the service, introduce malware, or use Orylo for safety-critical, regulated, or unlawful activity.

## 4. Customer content and permission to process it

You retain ownership of your repositories, pull-request content, instructions, and other materials
you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Orylo a limited, non-exclusive right to access, copy,
transform, transmit, and store Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and
improve your workspace's review service. Orylo does not sell Customer Content or use it for targeted
advertising. Repository code is not used to train a shared Orylo model.

You may provide feedback. Orylo may use feedback without restriction, provided it is not disclosed in
a way that identifies your confidential Customer Content or organization without permission.

## 5. Confidentiality and security

Orylo will use reasonable care to protect non-public Customer Content and will use it only for the
service and related security or support. The security overview describes implemented controls, not a
certification or guarantee. You must protect your accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized
access to pranaywarke@gmail.com.

## 6. Beta limits, suspension, and changes

Orylo may apply bounded concurrency, model, token, storage, and request limits; pause work to control
cost or risk; and suspend access for abuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or material breach.
There is no uptime commitment or service-level agreement. We may change or discontinue the beta.
Material policy changes will be presented for renewed acknowledgement before additional customer
processing.

## 7. Ending use and deletion

You may pause repositories, remove GitHub access, disable the provider connection, or request
workspace deletion from the product. A deletion request immediately blocks new work and starts the
durable deletion process described in the Retention and Deletion Policy. We may terminate the beta
and will provide reasonable notice when practical unless immediate action is required for security,
abuse, or law.

## 8. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BETA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ORYLO
DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE, CORRECT, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR
RELEASE. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORYLO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. ORYLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE BETA WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF
US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ORYLO FOR THE BETA DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE
TO THE CLAIM. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

## 10. Governing law

California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot
be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless
applicable law requires otherwise.
